Our home is located in a wooded area on a dead end street. From this location you can see the lake from the back deck when the leaves fall The house is approximately 1,500 sq ft. The lot slopes down so there is lower floor. The upper floor is designed for (but not certified)my handicapped originally built for my son and his wife who needed a scooter. As you arrive you will notice the handicap ramp leading to the upstairs living area. On entry is a hall to the main living, dining, kitchen area. On this floor is also a bedroom with a queen size bed and a closet. There is full bathroom with shower, towels, soap and a handicap commode. The shower has a 4 inch step. The bathroom is accessible to the lounge area in the living, dining area. There are tables and chairs for 11 with one highchair. The full kitchen features two refrigerators with ice-maker, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and several small appliances. The lounge area is equipped with chairs and sofa. A spiral staircase leads to the lower floor. In the first room are two single beds which serves as couches with TV and lounge chairs. The first of bedrooms has three twin beds. Next is a full sized bedroom with a queen sized bed with a closet. There is a full sized bath with a shower and a half bath. The laundry area is equipped with a trundle bed and a washer and 2 dryers. The Lake House is located at a private lake in a quiet country setting. A dock is available for a catch and release fishing (due to being a private lake no fishing license is required) and several boats provide lots of fun on the lake. Table tennis, Air hockey table, dart board, and variety of board and card games are available for group entertainment. The large flat-screen TV's on both levels provide a welcome alternative when a few minutes of cool and quiet are needed before heading back to the sun and water just outside. For groups looking to enjoy Arbuckle lake a public boat ramp is less than 2 miles from the lake house and the lake house has plenty of parking available for multiple vehicles and boats. Arbuckle lake has 36 miles of shoreline and 2,350 acres of water, along with its deep rock cliffs and crystal blue water. Whether you prefer skiing, jet skiing, boating, swimming, snorkeling, or fishing Arbuckle is a perfect lake to spend time on during your stay. A couple of turns from the lakehouse leads you into the towns of Sulphur or Davis where you will find restaurants, many stores and boutique shopping. Landmarks like Smokin' Joe's BBQ, The Artesian Hotel & Casino and Little Niagara are very close, and the best burger joint in the area, Fat Bully's, is just around the corner. It's the best of both worlds as you get away from it all at the lake, but Town is a convenient short drive. This part of Oklahoma is full of outdoor recreation...boating, fishing, hiking, swimming, biking or ATV trail riding, just to name a few.

The Bluebird Cottage is built on the side of the mountain. You will have wildlife visit! We've seen turkeys, deer, a red fox, squirrels, and a multitude of wild birds. But we must tell you there are also some "not so friendly" critters that might visit. There are snakes, tarantulas, spiders, wasps, and other not so fun bugs and critters that could make a visit. The Cottage is in the wild life area so please keep all doors closed so none of the ones you DON'T want to share space with get in. Sometimes no matter what we do or our guests do, bugs will get in. If that happens please let us know. We do have an outdoor insect misting system that will help keep some outside insects to a minimum, such as those pesky mosquitoes. We want you to enjoy our back yard with the umbrella over the picnic table, enjoy the fire pit, or cook your favorite steak or burger on the grill. Enjoy looking at our small collection of fossils and rocks on display around the yard that my grandmother had collected for years (she was 95 in 2017 when she passed and she found her first rock at the age of 4). You can enjoy your favorite beverage on the balcony overlooking the front yard or enjoy the backyard with the space and trees that make it a relaxing place. Beautiful Turner Falls Park is just ONE mile from the Cottage. It's a beautiful and fun place to visit. The beautiful Chickasaw Park is only about 10 miles away. It helps keep mosquitoes and other insects to a minimum for our guests' outdoor comfort. If you prefer to not have it mist the outdoor areas please let us know and we'll be happy to disable it. Do NOT tamper with the nozzles on the fences or the porch areas. Do NOT tamper with the barrel and timers. There is plenty of parking space here for long trailers, extra cars, etc. We also have both 50 and 30 amp plugs for RVs. RVs are charged $40/night and this space is only available to those who rent the whole farm. Circle M Lodge is a beautiful, rustic lodge on the rolling hills of Central Oklahoma and provides a great place to relax and enjoy nature. Circle M Lodge sits on the Circle M Ranch, which is a working cattle ranch with lots of cows and ponds and barns. This rental includes the entire lodge building. The lodge includes 12 sleeping rooms with queen beds and full bathrooms. We also include 2 bunkrooms that have bunk beds in each room. The bunk rooms are adjoined to a sleeping room with a lockable door. Our lodge is capable of sleeping up to 30 people in twin beds and bunk beds.
